Laser wire stripper

Mercury-2 is a laser wire stripping machine designed by Laser Wire Solutions.
The range of cable and wire processing is very broad: it can process wires with diameters from 0.025 to 5 mm.
Thanks to a carbon dioxide laser technology, Mercury-2 strips any insulation, vaporizing it with precision and without touching the shield or the conductor. The stripping is perfect and scratch-free.
Mercury-2 uses a movement on a binary axis (X & Y), which allows stripping along the entire wire or only at its end. In this way, a stripping window can be created.
The machine is equipped with a fixed plate to better position the cables to be processed.
