PowerStrip 9580 is an automatic cutting and stripping machine designed to automatically process wires and cables through high precision; is available in four basic configurations.
Thanks to the modular design, numerous configuration options and equipment, the PowerStrip 9580 can be adapted to specific requirements and modified at any time.
The advanced safety devices, the short lead times tooling and intuitive machine operation are just some of the features.
The optional cutting unit, including the SmartDetect quality control system, prevents defective wires from being integrated into the final product. The sensor system monitors the stripping process in real time, verifies if there is contact between the stripping blades and the internal conductor and contributes to the improvement of production quality, without affecting performance.
