Ultrasonic Welding Systems

TelsoSplice TS6 is a state-of-the-art wire welding system  ultrasound.
Thanks to its stable structure it is possible to weld sections between 2.5 and 75 sq mm. The welding head and its control are integrated in an ergonomic bench.
TelsoSplice TS6 is programmed and controlled through a touchscreen monitor equipped with a simple and intuitive user interface. Individual nodes and sequences can be defined and loaded. Different welding modes and quality parameters can be easily configured. Process quality is ensured through multiple user levels and statistical analyses. Thanks to the networking, simple data exchange and integration with production control systems are possible.
