Laser wire stripper

Mercury-4 is a laser wire stripping machine designed by Laser Wire Solutions.
The processing range of cables and wires is very broad: it can process wires with a section from 0.0010 to 16 mm² (from 50 to 6 AWG).
Via the color touch-screen, it is possible to navigate between the stored stripping parameters. Once the desired parameters have been selected, the stripping length, power and speed of the laser are automatically set. Once the program has been selected, the machine is ready to start the work cycle.
The wires/cables can be processed manually by inserting them into the front opening of the machine, using the mechanical device provided or using a customized device.
The whole process is monitored by a video camera
